The ingredients needed to make Bread bhaji:
  1. Make ready 1/2 cup Besan
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  3. Take 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  4. Make ready 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  5. Get to taste Salt
  6. Get Pinch Hing
  7. Take Pinch Baking Soda
  8. Take 3 slices Bread
Steps to make Bread bhaji:
  1. Add besan, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, hing and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add water little by little and make the batter to get the consistency of dosa batter
  3. Cut the bread into triangle shapes. Heat oil in a pan. You can either deep fry the bajjis or shallow fry according to your preference.
  4. Now, dip the bread slices in the batter and fry it in oil. You can either #shallowfry as shown in the pictures below
  5. Or, #deepfry as shown below.
  6. Yummy bread bajji is ready to be served with chutney or ketchup.
