  1. For gram flour Better in mixing bowl add besan,salt, rice flour, turmeric powder asafoetida,add water and make lumps free better.add one tsp oil and baking soda and mix it well.
  2. For stuffing mash bolied potatoes in bowl.add ginger chilli paste,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,onion,Coriander and turmeric powder asafoetida, lemon juice and fresh chopped coriander leaves.mix it properly.
  3. Take a bread slices.spread stuffing on it.cover the slice with another bread.cut the slice in half.now deep in to better and covering the bread slice.
  4. Heat the oil.deep fry immediately in to hot oil.fry till the pakoda turns in to golden and crisp.fry some green chilies.
