  23. Prepare As required of Spring onion.

  3. Dip the parwal in the besan mixture. Dip fry the pakoras till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a tissue paper. Drain the excess oil. And keep aside..
  4. In the same kadai. Add little oil. Add cumin seeds and 1 bay leaf. Let it crackle. Fry the potatoes till it become light brown in colour. Then add onion and tomato paste, ginger, green chilli and garlic paste also.. Saute it for few minutes. Then add all the dry ingredients. Mix it well. Till the raw smell of masala goes off. Once it is done. Add water as needed. Boil it for 5 minutes. After that add parwal pakoras. Cook for about 3 minutes. The add 1 tsp ghee. Once it is done.
  5. Transfer to a beautiful white serving plate. Garnish with spring onion. Now it is ready to serve with hot steam rice.

Remove the seeds from the parwal and cut it in lengthwise or cubes. Spinach Potato Pakoras are great as an appetizer, a tasty compliment for your afternoon tea and a spicy delicious snack anytime.
