  4. Add Eno in better Mix nicely.
  5. Heat a nonstick pan.Add oil & spread rice flour better with spoon like chilla on tawa. Cover with plate for 5 minutes. Remove plate.Cook uttapam.
  6. Flap the uttapam. Cook both side till becomes light brown. Ready uttapam.
  7. Take a plate.Serve hot uttapam with Coriander chuteny.
