- Add all spices to taste. Add all dryfruits. Mix well properly.Make a smooth better.
- Add Eno in better Mix nicely.
- Heat a nonstick pan.Add oil & spread rice flour better with spoon like chilla on tawa. Cover with plate for 5 minutes. Remove plate.Cook uttapam.
- Flap the uttapam. Cook both side till becomes light brown. Ready uttapam.
- Take a plate.Serve hot uttapam with Coriander chuteny.
