  1. Cut fish into finger cut & soak in vinegar for 5 mins only.. Now add ginger garlic paste, black pepper,chat masala,Salt,bhunna Paisa dhaniya,zeera, lemon,red chilli & food color.. marinate for 1/2 and hour.. after 1/2 an hour add Maida, rice flour & cornflour in the marinated fish and mix it well.. Now in other bowl take bread crumbs and coat the marinated fish in bread crumbs..
