  2. In a large pan cook sausage until almost brown.
  3. Add cheeses and chopped mushroom stems.
  4. Once all mixed allow to cool so that stuffing is easier.
  5. Stuff each mushroom with a good amount of the mixture.
  6. Place mushrooms on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
  7. Cook on 350 for about 20-30 minutes (or until tops are golden brown).
