  8. For sautéed vegetables: Add 1 tsp butter in heated pan. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic. Add carrots, broccoli & bell pepper. Add black pepper, mix herbs, sugar & red chilli flakes and salt. Sauté well and then add 1 tsp lemon juice..
  9. For red makhani gravy: Add butter in heated pan. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté them. Add 2 cup tomato purée and cashew powder and sauté it. Add red chilli powder, sugar, garam masala, kasthuri methi and salt to it and mix well. Let it cook then add 2 tsp cream to it. Sprinkle some coriander and let it cook for 2 minutes..
  10. For sizzler: Set a sizzler plate on heat. Place cabbage leaves to fill the plate. Add a bowl of herb rice in the centre. Add the sautéed vegetables to one side.
