Oat-Bran Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats 1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips 2 cups chopped walnuts 1-1/2 cups All-Bran cereal
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in.
